Terms of Service

PennyPeeps is run by Lumon LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Lumon”, “we”). By using PennyPeeps you agree to these terms. Effective October 8, 2026.

Who can use PennyPeeps

You must be 18 or older and in the United States. PennyPeeps is offered only in the United States. One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

What you post stays yours

You own the discussions, comments, replies and pictures you post. You give Lumon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, display and share them, including on share images and posters, to run and promote PennyPeeps. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already shared, copies kept for a limited time in backups, and records the law requires us to keep.

What you promise about it

You have the right to post everything you post. Any picture you upload is yours or you have permission to use it, and every identifiable person in it has agreed to it being posted. Nothing you post breaks the law or someone else’s rights, including copyright, privacy and publicity rights.

Content rules

Follow the community guidelines. Sexual content and nudity, hate speech, violent extremism, and content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property are never allowed and can never earn. We block some of it automatically, remove it when reported, and cancel any earnings on it. We may remove content, limit features, freeze earnings, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, the guidelines or the law, or to protect people, and we close the accounts of people who break them repeatedly. Report a comment or a discussion from its report button. Intimate images shared without consent can be reported by anyone through the image removal form; copyright owners can follow the copyright policy.

Pennies and earnings

Pennies are covered by the Pennies terms and author earnings by the Author Earnings Program. Where those say something specific about Pennies or earnings, they apply over these terms. How we handle your information is in the privacy notice.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the law, or to protect other people or PennyPeeps. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, like the promises, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnity and governing law, continue after an account closes.

No warranty

PennyPeeps is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, Lumon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Comments are the opinions of the people who write them, not Lumon’s, and we don’t promise that anything posted is accurate or that the service will always be available.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Lumon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Lumon’s total liability for any claim about PennyPeeps is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid Lumon in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Lumon because of what you posted, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will defend and cover Lumon for that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

Governing law

Tennessee law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Tennessee, and you and Lumon agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with its date, and tell you on the site before a significant change takes effect. Using PennyPeeps after that means you accept the new terms.
